Small Groups
The primary way to build friendships with other people at Valley Life is through
Small Groups. Attending our weekend services is crucial to spiritual development
and Small Groups serve to enhance that experience by providing a place to build
dynamic relationship while applying Biblical principles to daily life. Even in the
church’s earliest and purest form, small groups that met in homes were the foundation.
In Acts 5:42 we’re told that Christs’ followers met “in the temple courts and from
house to house.” They ate together, they prayed together and experienced life together.
They also suffered together, shared their experiences with God together and most
importantly, sought to know God better and worship Him together. They were like-minded
and like-hearted. What a fantastic picture of team-work! Many options are available
to you – to join an existing small group, to form your own new group or to be trained
