Building Maintenance and Grounds (Levite Ministry)

Help needed with "garden party" clean-up and maintenance. Everything from spring/summer
weeding to shoveling and de-icing the walks in the winter. You can volunteer for
a one time commitment or continual support. Looking for "indoor activities"? We're
also need help inside the church building. A range of needs from touch-up painting

CD Ministry

If you like to copy CD's we can use you in the CD ministry. It's simple and easy.
Just record and edit the weekly worship service on to CD's in case someone missed

Children's Ministry
|
|
|
|
Kids’Club gives your child(ren) the opportunity to learn about God in an age-appropriate
setting. We provide interactive Bible lessons that often include crafts, singing
and teach children about a relationship with God.

Community Group Ministry
|

|
|
Our Community Groups are the primary venue for growth at VLCC. They are a great
place to begin GROWING in your relationship with Christ. We have groups that meet
on various nights through the week at a variety of locations. We want to help you

Greeters Ministry
|
|
|
|
If you have a warm smile, a firm handshake and like to meet people, this may be
the perfect place for you. Greeters rotate on a monthly basis before Sunday service.
Occasionally you may be called upon to greet at other church functions. For contact

Meals Ministry
|
|
|
|
If you would be willing to provide the occasional meal to individuals in our church,
please let us know. If you have recently had a baby, a loss in your family or if
you are recovering from an illness or surgery and need meals, please let us help

Music/Praise Team Ministry
|
|
|
|
We are looking for volunteers who are gifted in the art of music. If you have the
ability to sing or play an instrument, we would love to have you come out and audition.

Power Point Ministry
|
|
|
|
Do you have technical gifts? If you are computer literate with PowerPoint presentations,
we can use your help with Multimedia. Duties would include participating in Praise
Team practice on Thursday nights to coordinate slides with the worship songs and

Prayer Ministry
|
|
|
|
The Prayer Zone has two different teams right now. One team prays on Sunday mornings
before the service and a second team prays in the prayer zone after service, for
people's personal needs. We would love to develop a team to pray regularly for the
staff and also a weekly corporate prayer gathering. We offer training for the two
existing ministries and ask for prayer in all that is to come. For contact information

Sound Ministry
|
|
|
|
If you can operate a mixer, or would like to learn, check out the sound team. You
would be operating the mixer to coordinate with the praise team for Sunday worship.
Duties would include participating in praise team practice on Thursday night and
Sunday morning check for all sound equipment to be working properly including mikes.

There are many needs in the student ministries and we’re looking for people
who want to invest in the spiritual lives of our students. We have opportunities
